The team at Northpark Dental is especially interested in making you and your child feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is happy to be a part of the Irvine community, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
James Kim, DDS
Dr. James Kim graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and completed a three-year residency in prosthodontics at USC. In practice for over nine years, Dr. Kim often lectures to dental study clubs and dental organizations and was an Associate Professor in Clinical Dentistry at USC from 1999 until 2003.
Dr. Kim is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Orange County Dental Society.
When away from the office, Dr. Kim enjoys golf and traveling.
Janice Park-Kim, DDS
A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, Dr. Janice Park-Kim completed a one-year general practice residency at Rancho Los Amigos National Medical Center followed by a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at USC.
A specialist in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Park-Kim is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a faculty member with the USC Department of Pediatric Dentistry and the Rancho Los Amigos National Medical Center, Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program.
In her spare time, she enjoys golf, skiing, traveling and volunteering with Headstart for Children.
